As we cross the threshold once again, what will you carry forward into this astrological new year? What can be left behind as an offering to the cosmic soup?
Qualities of Aries include bravery, strength and pure life force energy. The Sun is exalted here, and that radiant brilliance is evident. Aries is bold, fast, forceful and full of brute. Its highest expression is being a fierce warrior of self and sovereignty. It is a Masculine, or Yang, Fire sign and its modality is Cardinal. The symbol, the Ram, represents the determination and grit of survival instinct. Aries is the first sign of the zodiac and is ruled by the planet Mars. In the body, Aries rules over the head. Extreme Aries energy can be self-centered, combative, impatient and overly competitive. It is the sign related to action and initiative though, so a feeling of new beginning or a freshness in your energy may accompany this shift. 2020 offered plenty of Aries energy due to the Mars Retrograde.
