All is Well.
Everything is working out for my highest good.
Out of this situation only good will come.
~ Louise Hay
I received an email from Hay House CEO Reid Tracy this morning. He discussed how the above Louise Hay affirmation is one that helps him through times of uncertainty and the unknown. I made it the wallpaper for the lock screen on my phone so I have a consistent, steady reminder to keep in the back of my mind.
How are you FEELING? Part of the experience of the current situation is to push us into being in the moment with our emotions. It's to push us into a place outside of our comfort zones and to confront our vulnerability and our human nurture. I can say that over the last few days, I've felt many emotions that I can name, that are familiar, and many that are completely foreign to me. I feel that some things have happened so quickly that I'm in a state of suspension. My feelings haven't even caught up yet! So, I decided to check in with myself. Will you do the same?
Feel these feelings and emotions.
Be vulnerable.
Feel and acknowledge any fears.
Talk to family and friends.
Call your Mom if you can.
Express yourself.
Dont. Repress. Anything.
When I wrote about the Full Moon last week, and I titled my post "Spiritual Surrender", I thought I had a pretty good idea about what that meant. Now, I'm finding that in navigating rapidly changing tides of uncertainty, and waves of emotional peaks and valleys, the meaning is amorphous. Tomorrow, the Moon will enter the third or last quarter square phase, the part of the lunar cycle known as the "crisis of consciousness". It will square the Sun in Pisces from an interesting place in Sagittarius, the Galactic Center, or the center of our galaxy. The two signs of faith and spirituality (Sagittarius and Pisces) traditionally ruled by Jupiter, the planet of abundance and expansion, will have a brief, albeit tense conversation in light, checking in with the heart of our galaxy. The unfolding of the current situation has dramatically occurred on our home turf during this Pisces lunar cycle, which began when the Moon was new on February 23rd. It's confusing and it's testing our faith. It has no boundaries and is as wide and vast as the ocean. We're schools of fish churning with the unstable tides.
Sit with this. Check in with your heart. Feel, acknowledge and surrender as much as possible.
What can you attract, or draw into your being, from the heart consciousness of our galaxy?
Look up at the Moon and let her light fill your heart with hope.
Be brave. Be the light. Be kind. Be present. Be grateful.
BE.
Repeat with me:
All is Well.
Everything is working out for my highest good.
Out of this situation only good will come.
~ Louise Hay
I am here and ready to be of service. I will most likely be moving events online via Zoom, which will open them up to many more people.
Blessings and Love,
